  • Why do we need to maintain lift pumps ?

    Maintenance visits ensure that the lift station is fulfilling its function in conveying wastewater to the sewerage system. We also assess the service life of the lift station's equipment and facilities and carry out rehabilitation if necessary.


    A lift, discharge or pump station has one or more pumps, either with integral floats, or with separate floats or level sensors, all controlled by an external control panel.


    NEPTUNALIA SA, specialised in the regular maintenance of your lifting station, carries out the necessary cleaning and inspection every year. We can intervene as soon as possible to empty and maintain your lifting station.


    Maintenance of the lift pump is crucial to ensure that your wastewater is properly removed. It also aims to prevent the tank from disgorging and causing damage to the pump or even flooding.

Our inspection programmes allow us to evaluate the life span of equipment and installations. A report containing the information gathered is sent to you at the end of the operation. What do you need to know ?

The lifting station allows the evacuation of effluents (rainwater or loaded) towards the gravity network located higher up. These stations require regular maintenance by specialised professionals, repairs in the event of malfunctioning, or refurbishment if the station is worn out or poorly designed.
